Nissan Navara D40 Lift kit install with 2-4 inch

[Music] good day guys uh welcome to episode 10 official youtube channel uh today we're gonna talk about uh nissan navara suspension especially uh if someone asks uh can my nissan aura be lifted yes my answer is straight forward it can be lifted with two different or three different um applications but i'm gonna talk about from the basics to the extreme uh in that fact of course uh with the compiler recommendation we can lift the nissan navara d40 with the 32 millimeter or one and a half inch and by end of the project we can uh obviously lift it for two inch and that's the factory uh along with the factory uh suspensions having said it to be uh you know for the front of course to keep these spaces on top of the uh coil spring so it can be easy to do it but of course you have to go through uh different levels of uh in lining it uh and once you get you know fitted the uh spaces this is how it gonna be looks like and it it's very straightforward uh you know uh installation in terms of uh lifting the front uh spaces uh front suspension uh with this spaces on just top of the uh coil spring and for the rear suspensions uh of course we're gonna use a shackle that's called extended uh g circles you know installing this will give you a much smoother ride on an off-road as the shuttles are able to move with the leaf spring and giving a much more inline stress reduce suspension action uh in fact because uh in in in the existing ones the uh the leaves are directly uh connected to the uh chassis and they have a direct impact on it this is how it looks like uh after installing the uh comfortable g suckers so this uh chakras are already being installed in my vehicle uh so i'm not gonna remove it and but this is how exactly it looks like after i after installing and if you are not being installed if you purchase it and this is how it it has to be installed so by looking that you can see right there the elevation between the uh the chassis and then the uh leaf so basically leaves uh get connected or installed or mounted on the on on the revolving shocker so when there is a impact uh on a bumpy road or if you just you know go on off road even on on road uh it will basically minimize the direct impact uh when it you know touch on the uh chassis so this will give you extra extended uh between the leaf and then the chassis so that will really comfort your riding on an off road and also this can help to you know put a more weight on on on your uh on your truck so this is how it looks uh when you keep the spaces on your uh front uh stress between the front thrust and then the coil spring uh the what you are seeing here is i have already upgraded my coil spring with the uh spaces so then just be bear with me and then uh you know just to get an idea on how you're doing it i'll try my level best if i get another custom opportunity to install it and then show you guys how it can be you know place between the uh trust and then the coil spring so here is another option that you guys can consider for having a direct upgrade uh from factory fitted level to the uh two inch lift uh so by having the uh iron man uh form shell or the natural gas shock absorbers along with the uh uh 50 millimeter uh heavy coil spring so this will give you exact you know uh two inch lift uh without have without using a spacers what i in this my case is what i have done is i don't have a more than two inch so then i'm using extra 32 millimeter spacer here but here we have a problem because as i told you uh with the company fitted suspension kits we can have lifted only for 32 millimeter in my case i have gone beyond that now i have a problem so what i'm what i'm going to do is in order to have it uh to have a you know better uh kanban cascade you said i need to move from my uh existing or the factory fitted upper arm uh to a extended or adjustable uh upper arm uh let me explain you why we need it because if we don't have it we're gonna have we're gonna face lot of issues uh a few of like you know clunking noise and uh uneven uh tire wear vibration and uh you know uh pulling this steering so for that instant what i'm going to do it i'm gonna have the adjustable front upper control arm for demands of lifted vehicles such as this truck so you know the bottom line is if the trucks uh runs out of the factory alignment adjustment when you install the lift kit more than recommended like 32 about 32 millimeter uh this is the upper control alarm provides additional kanban cast changes so you probably have a question like okay man if i go for two two inch uh leveling kit do i need to have uh you know additional uh controller you know uh no because my answer is no because if you are only doing a two inch leveling that you do not need to have you know upper control arms but yes if you uh think of doing about two inches then you should consider to have it so what's happening if you don't follow the best factories when you are considering of uh having you know two above two inch lift yeah so there are a few of uh symptoms that you probably identifying and uh that cause of the you know bad upper control alarm uh such as a few thing i can you know highlight so then you know probably will come to know by uh with the experience like clunking noise especially you know coming from the control arm uh you know usually you know following a bumper uh taking you know the hard turn or when you're breaking it uh of course it did depress the brake uh and also you'll probably see you know expand the slight steering you know wondering basically just try to pull to the left or the right without any input from the uh steering wheel uh an uneven uh tyre the so see these are the symptoms that you will experience if you do lift about two inch so if you look at this is the left side of the control arm if you turn over so it's right side so then you can basically switch turn to left and right and then use it it's very uh
