Welcome to my channel. Today we have the 144001 from WLTOYS and we're going to be talking about camber.
What is camber? let me explain actually i can just use this wheel can't i what it is is how much your wheel
is either completely flat with the road or angling inwards or outwards a formula one car for example
has quite a lot of camber on their wheels um a lot of people like just completely straight
up what's best depends on what situation that you're in but on this car you can see that the
camber is completely messed up when i put this wheel forward you can see it's perfectly straight
but then look at this completely out now if i put that one completely straight you can see
how much of an angle it has going outwards what's that five degrees maybe more so what
you need to be aware for the front wheels unlike the rear when you adjust the rear camber
all that's gonna do is make the wheels go in and out however when you adjust the the camber of
the front it will affect the steering like so so if you see this wheel is now straight
as i adjust this one to get the camber back to where it should be it should in theory
straighten up the wheel as well so let's get on you see i'm holding this wheel straight so there we go as you can see straight on both of them so as you can see it the
the camber at the front will have a difference uh or will affect your steering as
well so if you're adjusting your camera ins for example like that you are going to have
to adjust the steering to get the wheel straight again now the reason why i'm using this car
is because as we know it's a very popular car But camber is the same for all rc cars.

If they have adjustable tie rods the thing that i just moved there was called a tie
rod on this one here you can see it's got the more solid um top arm there but you can see there's an
adjustment there to change the camber on the front and as you see an adjustment here for the rears so
what you do is you wind it inwards or outwards and it will move the wheels either inwards or outwards
so it's a very simple process but a lot of people like myself like the wheels to be straight as
you can see here you've got camber that does that way but then you've got the toe which
either does it this way inwards or outwards on this car because it's brand new WLTOYS 144001 has
it set for inwards and you saw on my last video i think my last one or recently that i
adjusted the uh the toe for the EACHINE EAT14 and the WLTOYS 124017
so then you would do that so that's toe and then you've got the camber which is this
