hello! welcome again to my channel ! I'm happy to present you another full build of my latest project It's a Porsche 959 from Tamiya I guess
still one of the cheapest kits available on the market I was quite curious whether the price
affects somehow its quality but everything was just perfect. There were no parts that didn't fit so putting all of them together didn't cause me any trouble. This kit can be compared with Porsche 911 Turbo which I also had a chance to build in another video. You can find the link at the top of the screen both of the kits are really easy to build so if you are looking for your first model to put your hands on you can easily grab any of these two.
OK! so now some fun facts about the real car The Porsche 959 was first unveiled at the 1983
Frankfurt Auto Show as a study for a full-time four-wheel drive Group b super sports car.
Later on
it demonstrated its abilities during Paris-Dakar Rally and the Le Mans 24 hour endurance race. Porsche has
taken the race car technology and put it into the 959 to produce a road car that provides every
comfort and low interior noise. The 450 horsepower and 2.8 liter engine is a descend of the
956 and 962 Porsche Group C racer. It is a flat 6 cylinder with two turbochargers providing
a top speed of more than 300 km/h What is also quite interesting the hollow
wheel spokes increase Air volume to the brakes and accommodate the fat low profile tires
