called in the middle anyway what's up man i was working on for your 1/5 scale motor back no no no hold on let me see something

later now we're going to analyze real time speed between the garmin and the skyrc being the garmin
is one hertz which is refreshing one time a second and sky-rc being 10 hertz refreshing 10
times a second i'm going to start slow and then increase and increase and increase until
we have a full developed speed run on the way back hmm so oh all right well i think it's time for some harsh
conclusions guys i want to be honest with you all i wanted to hate the skyrc i wanted to say that
the skyrc is not where it's at garmin is where it's at get rid of it don't use it i wanted to
say that skyrc gps just miraculously give you numbers or higher numbers rather but it's just
it's just not true skyrc is where it's at i have all my records with the garmin most speedrunners
have all their records with a garmin well based on what i'm seeing we've been lying to ourselves
all along and it wasn't really our fault and it's really not garmin's fault it's just an older
technology the garments that we're using they're not new garments the garments we're using are four
runners and four tracks there are one hertz the refresh one time a second it's just not enough the
skyrc is a dedicated rc gps it refreshes 10 times a second explain something about uh refreshing
one time a second let's just say you're doing like 150 or 160 miles an hour right now obviously
for every speed there'll be different results but you'll understand the idea let's just say
you're doing 150 160.
You're ending a second until the next time it actually refreshes which
until that new second is refreshing there is a second and a second at 150 or 60 is around 200
feet ask yourself how much you can increase in 200 feet and this is what you're losing this
is why you're actually not registering so it's not that guys with skyrc are cheating and scars here
just giving them numbers that's just not true it can't physically and mathematically cannot just
give them numbers unless they crash or whatnot if you slow down before that new second is ending
you're not registering that full second that full second might be higher numbers that's why you
see the sky rc showing higher numbers because skyrc is refreshing so fast it actually shows
you your actual numbers i've been seeing a lot of guys using sky rc and garmin's in their cars
just to kind of prove a point in a way you know i don't get it i don't see it i'm not going to do
it i'm going to remove my gps my garmin i will do the same if i were you guys in my opinion you're
wasting your time and you're wasting just extra added weight on the car there's just no need sky
rc is where it's at it's a much newer technology much faster technology a lot more accurate and in
my opinion that's where it's at just put one of these in your car i'm not being paid or promoting
skyrc uh one bit i never talked with skyrc i just this is just my findings and i would just
put one of those little ones in every car have my phone on me and it's done one important thing
you need to you do need to show that you reset you start and then you can put it in your pocket or
whatnot and then do it around bring it back stop and then read your max speed because if not you
can have another sky rc from a different car right behind you no one will see it you can just read
the speed and show a card it's supposed to do 140 145 doing 160.
So i would probably um just show it
reset start and then bring the car back stop read just so it's a lot more legit guys a lot of you
