2022 Mercedes C-Class C 300 e (313 hp) | POV drive & walkaround

This is the Mercedes C 300 e, the best plug-in hybrid I've ever driven let me show you why it starts up in EV mode so startup is silent, except for that radio storage center storage with 2 x USB-C wireless charging tray & 2 more USB-C ports this cup holder module can be removed, in case you don't like cups or if you like smaller cups, you have these spring activated lips swipe control to open the roof seat adjustment controls in the doors forward & backward headrest adjustment must be done manually that's right, I forgot our car has the Urban Guard alarm system safety first! our car is painted in Cavansite Blue and comes with the sporty AMG Line exterior with this pack you get the lovely logo front grille wider door sills these 18" AMG aero wheels but also the fake exhausts & air vents our car doesn't have the DC charge port installed, but with it you can charge it up to 60 kW DC since it's a hybrid you also need petrol and to get the tank lid open, you need patience, a lot of patience the fuel tank first needs to be depressurised and until then, you just can't fill it up meanwhile let's check under the hood this is a 2.0 liter four-cylinder petrol engine mated to a superb 9-speed automatic transmission combined with the electric motor, it sends 313 hp to the rear wheels yep, that tank is still decompressing in the trunk, some charging cables they can't be put under the trunk floor, because the new 25.4 kWh battery is hidden there more bags tire repair set first aid kit not only is the battery larger in this new version, you also get an almost flat cargo floor with the rear seats down warning triangle storage manual trunk close the interior isn't white, as a reference, my crushed cap is white the faux leather seats are Neva Grey and hey, our fuel door is finally open! that took several minutes on short trips you'd probably never have to open it, because you can now drive over 100 km in Electric Mode gear lever behind the steering wheel the center screen reminds me of the S-Class with the same outstanding UI graphics quality you can choose from several dashboard themes this is the Sport theme you can navigate the center screen from the steering wheel most controls are swipeable with haptic feedback you can even choose your head-up display data volume swipe on the center screen & steering wheel this is the first time the engine starts up drive mode selector in Sport mode, all systems are combined to give you the most power in Hybrid mode, they're optimised for comfortable eco driving in Electric mode you only use the electric motor in Hold Battery mode, you reserve the battery power and drive on the petrol engine alone when you floor it in Electric mode, it doesn't start the petrol engine unless you kick it down, then it does the 0 to 100 km/h in 6.1 seconds you can use the shifter paddles to either change…

The amount of brake power recuperation, or to shift gears in D Auto mode, the car chooses its own optimal settings it can actually be surprisingly sporty it has an average fuel consumption (WLTP) of 0.8 liter per 100 km, at least if you don't drive it like I do "Hey Mercedes" of course you can also talk to your Mercedes "How can I help?"
"Navigate to Antwerp" Mercedes is thinking… "Here is what I found, where do you want to go?" "the first" "I am calculating the route" augmented reality navigation view "now turn right" "Hey Mercedes"
"How can I help?" "cancel route guidance" "canceling route guidance" now let's try something more fun: "Hey Mercedes!" "how may I help you?" "tell me a joke!" "I found several contacts"… Mercedes is not in the mood "no no no" "cancel"
"can you say that again please?" "cancel" let's try something else "how can I help?" "what's the weather like?" "in order to use online functions, …

Please check your Mercedes Me settings" yeah yeah "Hey Mercedes?" one final attempt "how can I help?" "tell me a joke!" "I'm sorry, can you say that again please?" "tell me a joke!" "I found several contacts…"
most of my talks with Mercedes end in a fight "could you repeat…

No!" "cancel, abort!" our Mercedes doesn't have massage seats, but 'Seat Kinetics', where parts of the seat slightly move over time to keep your body working the C300e comes with an EV style reverse warning sound let's check out the space in the back digital climate control 2 x USB-C & 12V charge port this rear console really looks like a robot face RGB LED strips in the doors handy ski hatch Isofix thingies and a lovely sky view in the rear Thanks for watching!
