Today is a very exciting day to Celebrate two new baby things coming Into this world the first is what you're Here to watch and that is the brand new Axial ax 24 it's a 24th scale xc-1 this Is modeled after the ax10 Scorpion xc-1 From 16 years ago right before Abby and I got into the hobby we just barely Missed the 10th scale version of this And guys I think people are going to be Really excited it has very cool Trail Lights underneath and front and back but Here's the coolest thing we have four Wheel steering Completely four-wheel drive this is a Rock crawler with really soft tires and Very soft shocks and we're gonna have Some fun driving in today's video also The second new thing the baby that's Coming into the world this is probably Going to be the last video you guys see Real time with Abby my wife super Prego Everything else will be pre-recorded We've pre-recorded some content to give Us a nice little break for when baby boy Comes in to the world so wish us luck Because coming up in the very near Future we are going to be dealing with That having our hands very full with our Daughter and the baby boy now and so We're going to take a little break but We should still have some content for You let's jump right into driving this Amazing looking xc1 look it's I'm
Switching these rates by the way which Is really cool to point out just this Little switch on the radio we have all The different driving options we can Turn a really tight radius click up and I just have front wheel and click up Again and then I have the crab walk Style of driving that's so awesome it Looks baby bump everyone's here for the RC so we'll cut right to it but I think Abby's going to give us a sample of all The different driving modes it's super Wet from a lot of recent flooding so We're in kind of a slightly different Spot The best we could come up with Really cool looking good A lot of movement on those shocks All right Abby You've got it in different driving mode With super tight radius steering that's Awesome Let's see it turn really sharp Nice This would be like the most ideal indoor Crawler in the world I think you make Little cardboard course or popsicle Stick course and dominate with the Different driving modes and here we go Crab mode Oh that's just cool I think there's going to be a lot of Guys and girls just buying this to add It to their collection but like I said
This is like the ultimate indoor mini Crawler So cool so we did bring another 24th Scale crawler let's go drive up to it Abby Look at that there it is off in the Distance Really cool It's nice variety this is such a good uh Addition to the 24th scale world because Everything we were saying was basically These little scx bodies chassis with Different bodies on them so here we have Let's go a good little size comparison You can see the tires are definitely a Lot beefier and in my opinion they're Probably even a little softer now They're all very soft Clearance is definitely a little higher On the xc1 they could be about the same With clearance but with those tires You're going to be able to climb up and Over things a little easier where you Have like the wheel hubs getting in the Way here on the more scale Vehicles so This one's going to be a little bit more Capable than something like this [Music] I I really like the 24th scale crawlers Um I'm happy axial has now a different Chassis so now that we see the XC one We might even see some more with this Chassis I don't know they could get Creative and come up with something
Completely new and original it is very Lightweight and a little bit top heavy As you guys can see this does happen While you're out crawling but guys give It up for Abby for getting out here On the trail at nine months pregnant Doing a YouTube video for you guys Literally super close to when baby boy Is coming it's just exciting it's super Fun I love being able to share this Hobby with you guys and our videos And uh to make it a family event too That's just really cool so Abby has Found now a new little spot she wants to She found a little pack We say this all the time about our mini Crawlers When you drive something this small yeah It does it's perfect it opens up the World of possibilities of where you can Drive now that sand is very loose and I Said this is a lightweight vehicle So there she has different driving mode Trying to dig in There are you getting it not a Professional crawler I've never used all These different modes and it's fun isn't It and we have it on our Capra but That's about it I don't really know The best time to be you're fine it's all About having fun and you know this is a Little 24th scale crawler so it really Introduces everyone into the idea of Having all these different four-wheel
Steering driving modes I mean for the Price to have the four wheel steering It's the same price as the other axials It's amazing to have that programmed Into your ready to run radio very easy To switch between the driving modes you Guys see she keeps switching trying to She's trying to climb up on that rock Now yeah can you reverse down a bit She doesn't want to go down oh there we Go It's nice To challenge yourself to different Driving locations and as much Fun as some of you guys are having Watching this video trust me to drive Crawlers is 10 times more fun and I've Always said that about crawling it's Kind of like golf it's more fun to drive Or golf than it is to watch driving or Watch golfing am I right about that Abby You think I played golf for a long time And I never found it fun But you do like your crawlers right I Did it because my dad would take me to Get ice cream after okay hopefully he's Not watching He knew okay what I was doing I think he Didn't care though because it was a Reason to go golfing there you go All right Nate I guess I'll film for you Yeah thanks it's been so difficult to Film okay enjoy this one nine month Pregnant woman I'm not chasing it
Filming a video for you I really like how this drives you gotta Keep it slow and stairs but it does I wouldn't say it's a rock racer cool Cuddle there That's a different driving mode this is Just funny stuff It makes me think of that dang Commercial they played way too long The crab walking Hummer oh yeah geez It's just fun it's a very cheap 160 Dollars way to introduce a person If This Were I could see this maybe being Like you know you never know with axial Sometimes their prices are high let's Just be honest and so I could see Something with four wheel steering and Lights and being ready to run like this Maybe around 190 dollar point maybe a Stretch could be like 220. I mean that's You know ready to run battery charger Controller it's all programmed up all The different modes are in here let's go Up and get the other different driving Mode it's really awesome Um and it's 160 dollars so that to me is Pretty crazy that if a person wants to Try four-wheel steering and they have Those Trail lights already installed so at Night this is going to be amazing indoor Outdoor driver this is the right size Too you could probably put this in the Bed of your 10th scale crawlers just
