[TUTORIAL] Stirling Engine Car DIY from a different KIT (step by step instructions)

Hey guys, BLADE is here again! Today I'll show you a pretty simple method how you could make a perfect wheel for your toys, especially for your Stirling toys! 😀 Take off the openers from the energy drink cans. For a wheel you should make two different sides. 2 mm from the neck and 15 mm from the neck Make a cut with a blade on the middle section… …and than use your scissors to cut perfectly following the lines Fold back the opened part, make sure everything looks like a new one Carefully polish out the middle point with the multitool Use your blade to take off the leftover parts In this point you can use super glue to close finally the back folded parts Rasp the straight edge of the smaller piece Push the bottom part into the top and make it wider After this process put on the O rings These are all OD: 50mm thickness: 3mm Easy-peasy! 🙂 …and put it together, the clean line helps to make it perfectly straight Now you could fix it with superglue I used bicycle spokes for the axle of wheels It works well isn't it? How straight the wheels are??? I know you wanna see the car, but I should modify the basic wheel first.

I reduced the groove's diameter 2/5 of the original It could help to increase the gear ratio between the engine and the wheels The Stirling Car is ready to run I do not modified any other parts of the Stirling KIT I used a thick cardboard to make a fork shaped base I fixed it with glue onto the aluminium base The first wheels are rotating freely on the spoke with plastic tube side limiters The back wheels are fixed onto the spoke These are rotating together with the driven wheel. A holed plastic part works as a bearing I thought about the generator, but the gear ratio wasn't enough for that unfortunately… The flame trap is important because the wind changes everyhing! One hand start is a challenge… 😀 Woohooooooo! It's running! 😀 Yep, it is faster than me! 😀 The ghost is coming! 😀 …and me with teleportation…
